Bank Tower Plumbing Systems
High-rise and bank-tower plumbing for institutional commissions across Ghana: Plumbers Ghana engineers drainage risers, pressure-zoned supply, pumped and BMS-monitored systems for towers — designed to performance specification, handed over in writing, with after-hours emergency response under a commercial SLA.
A bank or commercial tower puts more demand on its plumbing than any house ever will — dozens of floors drawing on the same risers, pumped supply pushing water to the top, and a building management system that has to see a fault before it becomes a flood. Plumbers Ghana engineers, installs and maintains high-rise and bank-tower plumbing systems for institutional commissions across Ghana, owned end to end by a named project office, and has done. Call +233 23 063 0005 to arrange a tower survey — or for after-hours emergency response on a building we maintain.
Why Tower Plumbing Is Its Own Discipline
A tower is not a tall house. Drainage risers carry the load of every floor above; supply has to be pumped and pressure-zoned so the top floors work without the bottom floors suffering; and a fault on a riser is not one unit’s problem — it is the whole stack’s. Our institutional clients commission this discipline because once the risers and pumps are in, they must perform without compromise for the working life of the building, and any failure has to be seen, isolated, and answered fast.
Systems We Engineer
Drainage & Soil Risers
Soil, waste and rainwater risers sized to the building’s occupancy and run in uPVC, with branch connections, venting and access designed so a blockage on one floor is found and cleared without taking the stack out of service.
Pressure-Zoned & Pumped Supply
The building split into pressure zones, with a break tank and booster pumps sized to the head, so high floors get reliable pressure and low floors are not over-pressurised. PPR and copper supply runs to duty.
BMS-Monitored Systems
Tank level, pump status, flow and fault alarms integrated into the building management system so facilities staff see the plumbing the way they see the rest of the building — and a problem is flagged before it becomes an outage.
Plant, Tanks & Pump Rooms
Break tanks, duty/standby pump sets, and plant-room pipework engineered, installed and labelled so maintenance and isolation are straightforward for the facilities team.
Tower System Scope
| System | What we deliver |
|---|---|
| Drainage & soil risers | Sized risers, venting, branch and access design across all floors |
| Pressure-zoned supply | Zoned distribution so upper floors get reliable pressure |
| Pumped & break-tank systems | Break tank, duty/standby boosters sized to building head |
| BMS integration | Level, flow, pump-status and fault alarms to the management system |
| Plant & pump rooms | Engineered, labelled plant for straightforward maintenance |
| Commercial SLA | Planned maintenance + after-hours emergency response |
How We Deliver a Tower System
- Survey & read the specification — riser layout, supply head, pressure zones, BMS points, with the project office.
- Engineer the risers, zones & pumps — sized and pressure-zoned to the building head in uPVC, PPR and copper to duty.
- Install, document & integrate the BMS — to the Ghana Building Code, signed off by a named member of the project office.
- Commission, hand over & set the SLA — every zone tested under load, written handover, planned maintenance and emergency SLA agreed.
Standards & Trust
- Work to the Ghana Building Code (GS 1207:2018), which covers plumbing and drainage
- Trade-certified plumbers (NVTI-certified technicians)
- Pipe materials selected to duty — uPVC soil and waste, PPR hot and pressurised supply, copper where the application calls for it
- Owned by a named project office from survey through warranty handover, documented at every phase
- A real institutional responder with a written handover and a commercial emergency SLA

Frequently Asked Questions
What does bank-tower or high-rise plumbing cost in Ghana? It is project-priced — never a flat figure — because it depends on the number of floors, the riser and pump design, the BMS integration, and the specification. We quote on survey, in writing, against your performance specification, with scope and standards stated up front.
Do you provide emergency response for a working tower? Yes — we provide an after-hours emergency response SLA for the buildings we maintain: a stated arrival window, a named responder, and isolation-first procedure to protect occupied floors. Call +233 23 063 0005.
How do you keep pressure reliable on the upper floors? Through pressure zoning and pumped supply — we split the building into zones, hold a break tank, and size booster pumps to the head so top floors get reliable pressure without over-pressurising lower floors. Pump status feeds the BMS.
Which standards and materials do you work to? The Ghana Building Code (GS 1207:2018), which covers plumbing and drainage, with NVTI-certified technicians. Pipe materials are selected to duty — uPVC, PPR and copper — and documented in the handover.
