We want to be precise about what this is. The decade warranty is a guarantee Plumbers Ghana gives on its own workmanship — it is not an official standard, a government certification, or a code requirement, and we do not present it as one. The standard we build to is the Ghana Building Code (GS 1207:2018). The 10-year warranty is our own written promise on top of building to that code: confidence you can hold us to, not a badge we invented.
What the Service Includes

A written guarantee on the workmanship of what we install. If the work fails because of how we did it, we put it right at no labour cost to you — for ten years. The written agreement sets out exactly what is covered and what is not.

Scheduled inspections of stacks, traps, valves, water heaters, booster pumps and drainage on a set interval, with a written report each visit. Wear is caught and fixed before it becomes a leak, a blockage or a flood.

What It Costs — Honestly
A maintenance agreement is priced on the property — the number of fixtures, stacks, heaters and pumps, the number of sites, and the inspection interval you need. We quote from a survey against your portfolio, never a flat figure, and the price is written down before anything starts. The 10-year workmanship warranty is included on installations we carry out — it is not a paid add-on. Where a visit needs a tanker for a full septic/soakaway, that is a separate published line (indicatively GH₵400–800 by tank size); everything else is quoted on survey.
